Cancellation policy
Kayaking Adventures Door County reserves the right to cancel tours, trips and workshops due to unsafe weather and/or water conditions. Generally speaking, we will always try to reschedule or relocate. Upon cancellation the following options will be available:
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. If this notice is received in our office:
–30 weekdays or more before the event date, you will be reimbursed 70% of your full payment.
–15-29 weekdays before the event date, 50% of payment received will be credited toward another program. Credited fees from cancelled program/trips must be used within 1 year of the original trip departure or will be forfeited to the Team Leadership Center, Inc.
–14 days or less before the event date, no refund or credit will be given regardless of the time of registration.
Full payment will be refunded if a program is cancelled because of insufficient enrollment or at the discretion of the Team Leadership Center, Inc.
